Vulkan drivers on mobile can be very buggy too, so sometimes some games might run worse on Vulkan than OpenGL.

Mobile GPUs are known for having poor drivers, so you may run into performance issues depending on the game or the settings, even your hardware being theorically powerful enough to handle these settings. I have oppo f11 pro, 6gb/128gb and an SD card of 128 gb (class 10) as well.
